"Some of Warren’s harshest criticism was directed at the Supreme Court, which she described as being increasingly captured by corporate interests. In her speech, Warren cited a study which found that the five conservative justices on the current court are among the 10 most pro-corporate justices of the last 50 years, with justices Alito and Roberts ranked one and two. Warren went on to describe a trend in the Supreme Court toward corporatism and issued a warning about the future of the court saying, “You follow this pro-corporate trend to its logical conclusion, and sooner or later you’ll end up with a Supreme Court that’s a wholly owned subsidiary of big business"."
